Two big Workshop events coming up in October

October will be a big month for the Workshop, with two events you won't want to miss.

The DFW Writers Workshop is a great place for authors working to get published to hone their craft and learn the ins and outs of the business. Everyone is encouraged to bring a food item or dessert to the party.

Also at this event, the winners of the Workshop's short story and poetry competition will be announced.

On Saturday, Oct. 21, the competition winners will read their works to an audience at Barnes & Noble in North Richland Hills. The event begins at 7 p.m. and is open to the public. Thanks to Barnes & Noble for hosting us.
